Killeen Billiards is a sanctioned league under the BCAPL.

Killeen Billiards Association plays by the
World
Standardized Rules of play as written by the Billiard Congress of America.
Amendments were adopted by the league in order to improve players skills and
decision making. If you are interested in joining one of our leagues, follow
this link and answer a couple of questions. We

Open Divisions are paid $5 per win with the remaining monies going towards brackets, paying 40% of the
league in brackets, up to 5 teams.
